MacroBaby Rewards is our exclusive loyalty program that gives back to our amazing customers. Every time you shop with us — online or in-store — you earn store credit that can be used toward future purchases!

👤 Who Can Join?

Everyone! As long as you create an account with a valid email and make a purchase on our website or at our physical store, you’ll be automatically enrolled in the Rewards Program.

💵 How Do I Earn Rewards?

It’s simple:
For every $100 spent, you earn $1 in store credit.
Spend more, earn more — it’s that easy!

📲 How Can I Check My Credit Balance?

  1. Log into your account at www.macrobaby.com
  2. Click the “Rewards” button inside your account dashboard
  3. You’ll see your full statement and available balance

Note: Rewards are available only for accounts created after 2016.

🛍️ How Do I Redeem My Credit?

In-store:
Just let the cashier know you'd like to use your credit before making your payment. The eligible amount will be applied to your total.

Online:

  1. Log into your account using the same email registered at the store
  2. At checkout, you’ll see your available balance
  3. Click “Use Credit” to apply it to your order

Already shopped online before? Your rewards are already linked to your account!

⏳ When Can I Use My Credit?

Credits are available 30 days after your purchase and will appear automatically in your account.
