It is made of hospital-grade, BPA-free and latex-free silicone for strength, comfort and durability. Its one piece construction is specially sized and shaped for baby's mouth and adheres to the American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines. Exchange or return your item anytime from the original purchase date within 30 days if:

Shipping Charge Policy On Refunds And Exchanges
Delivery, packaging, and shipping charges are not refundable. Additional shipping charges may apply on replacement items, unless the exchange is for the replacement of a defective product being returned. According to our Exchange and Return Period policy, the same product will be re-shipped.

All products purchased online must be returned by mail, and may NOT be returned to a MacroBaby retail store or outlet store at this time.
